If you do not have access to the authentication app you used to set up the 2FA, you can disable and reset the 2FA at EarnPark.
Attention! For security reasons, after disabling or resetting the 2FA, the account will be frozen for 24 hours.
In order to disable the 2FA, please contact the support@earnpark.com and follow the instructions:

Now your account is frozen for 24 hours. After 24H passed and the account is active again, we advise you to turn the 2FA back.
