We strongly recommend enabling two-factor authentication immediately after signing up, and not switching it off while using the platform.

EarnPark pays close attention to customers' accounts and personal data security. In addition to the platform’s security system, EarnPark provides customers with personal high-security options.

To set the additional level of security and protect the account, all users can enable 2FA (Two-Factor Authentication) option.

Google 2FA. It allows you to use a special app that generates unique security codes for the EarnPark platform. Please follow this instruction to enable Google 2FA for your account.

1. Enable Google two-factor authentication Go to [Profile] >> [Security]. You will see two-factor authentication available options.

2. Install the preferred app on your smartphone. You can use Google two-factor authentication with Google Authenticator: iOS, Android​

3. Once you installed the app, scan the QR code, paste the code from the app in the Confirmation code field, and click the Confirm button.

Then you'll be asked to log in using the Google authentication code.

To disable Google 2FA go to your [Profile] >> [Security]. Then scroll down to the Two-Factor Authentication section, paste the verification code from the app, and click the DISABLE button.

If you lose access to your smartphone and can't pass 2FA, you can disable 2FA for your account. Write to support@earnpark.com.
