Whitelisting
Updated over a year ago

Whitelisting is a security feature that allows crypto withdrawals to go only to external addresses already designated in your Address Book.

Requiring two-factor authentication to disable the feature, Whitelisting allows users to safely withdraw funds to verified addresses.

In order to turn the Whitelisting mode on, please go to Account Security→ Address book and click on the switch.

After the Whitelisting is on, you will only be able to withdraw to the addresses already in the address book. For information on adding new addresses, please consult with Address book page.

❗️For security reasons, after adding new address to the Address book, you will not be able to withdraw funds to it for 24 hours.

In order to turn the Whitelisting mode off, please go to Account Security→ Address book and click on the switch.

The 2FA code is required to confirm this action.

❗️For security reasons, after turning off the Whitelisting mode, your account will be frozen for 24 hours.

In order to make a withdrawal with the Whitelisting mode on, please go to the asset of your choice and click on Withdraw.

You will only be able to click on the book icon to choose the address.

Choose and address from the list and it will automatically fill in.
