Before withdrawn funds have arrived in the external wallet, there are a few crucial steps needed to ensure the safety of the transaction.

Here is a step-by-step breakdown of what the withdrawal goes through:

The withdrawal request is made.

​Step 2 (optional).

If the funds are currently in the strategy, they need to be withdrawn from it to the hot wallet. This might take up to 24 hours.

​Step 3.

If the funds are in the hot wallet, the transaction is sent through an AML Check. This takes up to 10 minutes.

Step 4.

After the transaction passes the AML check, funds are sent to the external wallet. This takes as much time as the network confirmations. Now the transaction is complete.
