What you can expect from us
A regular updates on: product changes, numbers we have committed to report, and status on open commitments. If something is delayed, the update says so.
Support tickets with a response time of 24 hours on business days. Support handles everything about your account, balance, deposits, withdrawals and KYC. Weekend tickets are answered on Monday.
The monthly PARK Utility Progress Report and the monthly strategy and product report.
Where official answers live
Official EarnPark positions are published in: the announcement channel, and the Help Center. Anything else, including messages from team members or moderators in chat, is not a company position. If it matters, it will be in one of those three places.
What we don't do in chat
We don't discuss individual accounts, balances or cases publicly. That is support's job, and it happens in a ticket.
We don't comment on PARK price, price predictions or market activity. Not up, not down.
We don't explain or defend budget decisions: events, advertising, hiring, partnerships. Decisions are the company's; results show up in the updates.
We don't answer the same question twice.
We don't respond to demands or ultimatums made in chat. The chat is not where decisions are made.
Who speaks for EarnPark
The team speaks in its own posts, in the updates and in AMAs.
Moderators keep the chat usable and point you to the right place; they don't answer on substance and their messages are not company statements.
Nobody in the team is obliged to reply to a message in chat, and silence is not an answer either way.
How to raise something that isn't covered
A question about your account: open a support ticket in the chat on the platform or email support@earnpark.com.
A question about the product or the token: in the chat or via support. Posting the same thing in chat repeatedly does not move it faster.
What is allowed
Criticism, including harsh criticism. Discussing the price. Forecasts. Sarcasm. Disagreeing with the team's decisions. None of this is moderated.
What is not allowed
Four things, and the same consequences for everyone:
Insults directed at members, moderators or team members.
Accusations of fraud or theft without facts.
Saying the team made a mistake or you don’t agree with our decisions is criticism.
Accusing the team of any type of fraud with nothing to back it up, is a chat rules violation.Off-topic, spam and unsolicited promotion.
Repeating the same already-answered point three or more times in a week. Once is a question. Three times is noise.
Enforcement is the same for every member:
You can get 2 warnings, third warning results in an automatic ban.
Auto-moderation anti-flood is enforced: posting over 3 messages in a row will result in an automatic 24 hours mute and the deletion of messages.
Moderators don't argue about it in chat. If you think a moderation decision was wrong, write to support@earnpark.com.
These rules replace case-by-case handling. They are the same for everyone, including the team.
